The FAQ team invested a great deal of time and effort into understanding our requirements during the early development stage of the Pau te Hau app. Their detailed scrutinising of how the app would eventually function was actually very formative in our own thinking on what we wanted. This was fundamental to the subsequent production of a bespoke, complex final product requiring detailed technical function, but easy usability.
